1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided by CardBix (accessible at cardbix.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. 2. Nature of Service

CardBix operates as an automated and direct counterparty liquidity provider enabling customers to sell prepaid vouchers and digital gift cards (e.g., Transcash, Paysafecard, Neosurf, PCS Mastercard, etc.) in exchange for digital assets (e.g., USDT, BTC, LTC, SOL, ETH). CardBix also facilitates retail purchasing of select digital brand gift cards with crypto settlement.

3. User Warranties & Lawful Ownership

When submitting any voucher code, card PIN, or transaction request to CardBix, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

• You are the lawful and authorized owner of the gift card or prepaid voucher code submitted.
• The voucher was acquired legitimately through authorized retail or online merchants and is free from fraud, theft, or unauthorized chargebacks.
• The submitted voucher has not been previously redeemed, activated, or compromised.
• You will not submit duplicate codes across multiple platforms simultaneously.
• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your applicable jurisdiction.

4. Exchange Rates, Verification & Payouts

• Fixed Guaranteed Rates: The payout rate displayed at the time of order creation (e.g., 90% on Transcash, 85% on Paysafecard) is locked and honored with zero slippage or hidden deduction.
• Verification Timelines: Typical automated verification and counterparty settlement require between 5 to 45 minutes depending on brand network response and blockchain network congestion.
• Blockchain Finality: All cryptocurrency payouts are sent to the public wallet address provided by you. Due to the immutable nature of public blockchains, transactions dispatched to incorrect or unsupported user wallet addresses cannot be reversed. You are solely responsible for ensuring your payout address is accurate.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing CardBix for money laundering, financing of illicit activities, unauthorized resale of compromised credentials, chargeback fraud, or attempting to exploit system mechanics. Accounts and orders found engaging in fraudulent conduct will be blocked and reported to relevant authorities in accordance with international financial security standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CardBix and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party voucher provider network outages, incorrect destination wallet input, or regulatory interventions outside our direct operational control.
